Optimal quality of service: real-time monitoring, integrated 24/7 telephone assistance, replacement of worn and obsolete cables. The service is autonomous, guaranteeing continuous operation without intervention from your teams.
Data collection: detailed monthly reports on use of the service; [customizable survey module] (successes) integrated into the interface to interact with your visitors and retrieve opt-in data.
Maximum security: To ensure the safety of phones in charging lockers, we have integrated passcode hider, privacy filter and random keypad. For portable batteries, no deposit by bank card but by telephone number.
Hybrid use: whether secure lockers, external batteries or self-service cables, there is a solution for all types of customers and all situations. Each charging slot is equipped with an iPhone, USB B and USB C cable to fit all smartphones.
